Technical Sales Engineer
InnoForge is an early-stage, venture-backed space company that has developed a Comms-as-a-Service platform for satellite communications. They are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to act as the technical authority across Commercial & Federal divisions, working directly with customers and supporting the development of communication solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead deep-dive technical sessions on link budgets, throughput, spectrum interference, and architecture trade-offs
Translate mission requirements into full-stack communications solutions
Support proposal development and high-level technical discovery
Feed real-world mission needs back into internal FPGA, DSP, and RF teams
Help shape next-generation anti-jam and adaptive communications capabilities
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in at least two of: RF Systems Design, FPGA Development, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Ground Segment Architecture
Enjoys whiteboard problem-solving
Likes working directly with customers
Wants broader impact than a lab-based role
Is curious about the commercial side of space

Translate mission requirements into full-stack communications solutions
Support proposal development and high-level technical discovery
