Responsibilities
Lead or support hardware and software integration activities, ensuring seamless coordination between multiple engineering disciplines including software, hardware, requirements, and testing teams
Developing software load images for training devices, configuring and troubleshooting network systems such as PCs, switches, routers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Redhat, Server)
Designing and implementing cybersecurity measures, performing root cause analysis, and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software components
Defining requirements and verification procedures for networking infrastructure, writing cold start procedures, and supporting formal testing events
Buildup, integration, and testing of training devices for final delivery at customer sites are integral parts of the role, requiring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to security and quality standards
The position is primarily onsite, with travel expected as needed to support project execution and customer requirements
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience in network systems architecture, information system security, and operating system configuration
A solid technical understanding of hardware/software integration, file servers, networking systems, and scripting
Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret) is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance post-employment
A Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is typically required
Preferred
9 or more years of related work experience for senior roles
Expertise in system integration, cybersecurity standards, BIOS setup, and network security compliance
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
Advanced degrees or additional years of experience considered an advantage
