Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator
Whetstone Admissions is a boutique college admissions firm that helps students reach top universities through strategic planning and development. They are seeking a Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator to manage client communications, prepare marketing materials, and support event logistics.
Higher Education
Responsibilities
Communicate with parents and students (email, messaging, scheduling)
Prepare families for meetings and ensure follow-through afterward
Maintain organized client records and status updates (CRM/Airtable)
Attend select in-person meetings in Midtown when needed
Support a polished, high-touch client experience
Create and update marketing materials (e-books, website content, process guides)
Translate marketing materials (English ↔ Mandarin)
Coordinate with graphic designer and branding/SEO partners
Prepare newsletters and announcements
Support event logistics and promotional efforts
Assist with outreach and communication campaigns
Qualification
Required
Fluent Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
Bachelor's degree required
Strong written communication and professional presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
