Responsibilities
Provide high level, administrative support to VP, Development Operations
Build marketing efforts and source codes for Development Teams, with an understanding of audience segmentation strategy
Reconcile numerous data points (revenue, donor information) across our multiple donor systems (GoFundMePRO and CRM)
Monitor, build and adjust audit lists in Blackbaud CRM
Assist with and troubleshoot batch imports, data extracts, and NCOA (National Change of Address) updates
Monitor successful function of multiple daily Blackbaud CRM processes such as queue processing, smart field processing, and data syncs across systems
Managing online data import into CRM
Support P&P team with opportunity and plan creation and upkeep, as well as revenue reporting updates
Co-manage the info@americares.org inbox inquiries with development operations
Manage the organizational revenue report
Develop process management and improvements for overall team
Oversee the Direct Response acquisition marketing effort process independently
Actively model and contribute to Americares values, work culture and mission
Engage in and contribute to team spaces with openness, global competencies, and a growth mindset
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in supporting fundraising, development, and/or database management
Demonstrated progressive experience in data analysis and interpretation
Demonstrated ability to provide reliable and timely support across all workstreams
Demonstrated ability to recognize and troubleshoot problems that arise and bring solution options to the team
Impeccable communication skills across both internal teams and external stakeholders, and ability to build strong working relationships, and with deep customer service orientation
Demonstrated understanding of data needs and ability to use data to assist in decision making
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across numerous teams
Demonstrated experience with a donor database (such as Blackbaud CRM or Salesforce) and ability to learn new technologies quickly
US work authorization is required for this role
Candidates must be currently living in and will continue to live in one of the following states/territories: CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, Puerto Rico, TN, TX, VA, or WA
Preferred
Fluency in languages that are spoken in at least one of our core locations (India, Philippines, Tanzania, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Colombia, etc.), in addition to English
Prior experience in a humanitarian aid or global health nonprofit organization
