Responsibilities
Architect and build a next-generation agentic AI platform from first principles
Design systems leveraging LRMs and advanced reasoning models, not just prompt workflows
Implement reinforcement learning loops for continuous learning and improvement
Build multi-agent coordination, memory, planning, and evaluation frameworks
Own data architecture across ingestion, storage, retrieval, and evaluation
Work hands-on with modern vibe-coding tools, rapid prototyping stacks, and AI-native dev workflows
Make core decisions around models, infrastructure, and system boundaries
Translate evolving product ideas into production-quality systems under uncertainty
Help shape technical narratives for investors, partners, and future hires
Qualification
Required
Deep experience with LLMs / LRMs and reasoning-centric architectures
Practical experience applying reinforcement learning in real systems
Experience building or leading agentic or autonomous AI platforms
Strong command of data architecture and system design
Comfort evaluating and using the latest AI tools and development workflows
Excellent software engineering fundamentals
Ability to operate independently with minimal structure
Preferred
Background in regulated industries and financial markets
Experience running ML systems in production
Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, reward modeling, or human-in-the-loop systems
Startup, founding, or early-stage company experience
