Responsibilities
Website development and page builds using WordPress
Ongoing website maintenance and updates
Perform plugin updates, theme updates, and CMS updates
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, errors, and bugs
Handle support tasks such as content updates, layout adjustments, and form fixes
Ensure sites remain secure, functional, and up to date
Maintain responsive design and performance standards
Communicate task progress clearly and meet deadlines
Accept and complete assigned tasks within one business day
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with WordPress
Strong understanding of website maintenance best practices
Experience managing plugins, themes, and CMS updates
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Excellent time management and reliability
Strong attention to detail
Clear written communication
Preferred
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Experience supporting multiple client websites or agency environments
Familiarity with staging environments and backups
