Responsibilities
Own delivery of the mobile rider app end-to-end
Clean up and finalize existing codebase
Fix UI/UX execution issues (iOS safe areas, navigation, performance)
Translate product requirements into shipped features
Coordinate and manage any supporting developers or designers
Set clear timelines and hit them
Be present for product reviews, demos, and key meetings
Take responsibility when things break, and fix them fast
Qualification
Required
5+ years building and shipping mobile apps
Strong experience with React Native or native iOS (Swift)
Experience launching real consumer apps (App Store)
Solid understanding of UX, performance, and mobile best practices
Comfortable working fast with imperfect information
Strong communication and ownership mindset
Based in Miami or willing to be on-site regularly
Preferred
Marketplace or ride-sharing experience
Experience in early-stage startups
Experience leading small dev teams
Familiarity with Firebase, Stripe, maps/location APIs
Experience preparing apps for investor demos and launches
