Program Manager
Austin’s House is seeking a compassionate, experienced Program Manager to provide leadership for their emergency shelter programs serving children in crisis across Northern Nevada. This key leadership role oversees daily program operations, staff supervision, compliance, and quality assurance while ensuring services remain trauma-informed and responsive to the needs of children and families.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily program operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
Supervise, support, and develop frontline staff
Ensure compliance with licensing, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Support program budgeting, reporting, and outcomes tracking
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Contribute to organizational planning and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3–5 years of program or people-management experience
Experience working with children or youth in care, education, or human services
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to meet Nevada licensing and background requirements
Preferred
Experience in child welfare, foster care, or trauma-informed settings
Supervisory and compliance experience
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
