Practice Administrator

Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership for practice operations, financial performance, and long-term strategic planning
Partner closely with physician leadership/ownership on forecasting, growth planning, and risk management
Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure operational stability during transitions
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
Analyze P&L performance by location and provider, identify trends and improvement opportunities
Manage revenue cycle performance in collaboration with billing teams and vendors
Support compensation modeling, provider productivity analysis, and incentive structures
Direct day-to-day operations across multiple clinical locations
Ensure efficient scheduling, access to care, staffing alignment, and capacity utilization
Establish operational KPI's and dashboards to drive accountability and performance improvement
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and cost-containment initiatives
Lead management team including operations, nursing leadership, and administrative staff
Support HR functions including staffing models, performance expectations, and workflow design
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies
Develop SOP's, reporting calendars, and governance structures to support sustainable operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5-7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare practice management or equivalent work experience
Strong financial literacy with demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Proven ability to work effectively with physicians, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams
Highly analytical, organized, and execution-focused
Preferred
Advanced degree in healthcare administration, finance, or business preferred
Experience managing multi-site medical practices strongly preferred
