Lead the design and build of complex, user-facing product features across frontend and backend
Architect scalable systems that intelligently match candidates and companies using proprietary marketplace data
Ship AI-powered tools (LLM-driven workflows, automated summaries, smart matching, recruiter enablement tooling)
Balance engineering excellence with product velocity
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience as a Senior, Lead, or Staff-level engineer
Strong full-stack or frontend expertise (TypeScript, React, NextJS, backend systems)
A product mindset
High agency and strong intuition for pragmatic, scalable system design
Experience shipping polished, end-to-end features
Preferred
Experience building or shipping LLM-powered features is a plus
