They are seeking an IT Architect who will supervise and guide subordinate staff, coordinate project activities, and develop work or project plans while ensuring integrated systems integrity and user training.

Responsibilities
Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff
Assists in planning, scheduling of team resources, status reporting and completion of required documentation for team assignment and projects
Analyzes and develops work or project plans for team assignments
Analyzes and implements solutions to problems associated with assignments
Responsible for project leadership: Coordinates the integrated systems integrity, provides the coordination, communication and project structure between users of Information Services and third party software vendors or programmers, provides systems and installation support and user training
Develops and controls the project schedules, and assigns responsibilities where appropriate
Participates in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis and project planning and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related specialty from an accredited college or university
Ten years of job specific experience that includes system analysis, design and development, and relationship management
Understanding software development principles and methodologies
Proficiency in various programming languages
Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of database design and data modeling
Understanding DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of security principles
Familiarity with architectural styles (e.g., microservices, monolithic, client-server) and design patterns
Expertise in test automation tools
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and collaborate with development teams
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
Managing expectations and collaborating with various stakeholders
Effective time management skills
Working effectively with a team
Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions
Staying updated with new technologies and methodologies
10 Years of Software Development across multiple platforms such as .NET, Java, R, etc
10 Years of JavaScript and UI frameworks such as Kendo UI, AngularJS, React JS, jQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap
10 Years of Web Based Application Deployments and Debugging
7 Years of Webservices Design and Development
5 Years of GIT and TFS
Highly Desired/7 Years of Database development with MS SQL and Oracle and knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, and T-SQL
Highly Desired/7 Years of Client-side object model (CSOM) and (JSOM) for SharePoint Server 2013/2019/SharePoint Online
