Receive incoming hardware and verify accuracy
Image Surface and Dell devices according to company standards
Use ServiceNow to review and process hardware requests and orders
Pick, pack, and ship devices to end users or field locations
Wipe and prepare hardware for redeployment or disposal

Qualification

PC imagingHardware wipingAsset managementServiceNowHardware preparation

Required

Prior experience working with PCs, laptops, and enterprise asset management tools
Previous experience imaging PCs and laptops
Previous experience wiping hardware
Experience managing the process of receiving and shipping IT assets

Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow is highly desired
