Responsibilities
Managing heavy calendar scheduling and coordinating intricate internal and external meetings
Arranging detailed domestic and international travel, including multi-stop and private travel
Preparing and submitting expense reports with accuracy
Screening calls, mail, and correspondence while maintaining strong communication flow
Providing occasional personal support such as reservations, errands, and mailings
Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through proactive problem-solving and prioritization
Offering backup support to administrative peers when needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of administrative experience
Outstanding attention to detail
Confidence working with direct, results-driven personalities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Polished, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
Comfort working with direct communication styles and senior-level stakeholders
Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information
Proactive, team-focused approach with a 'no task too small' attitude
