Qualification
Required
Proven experience in data entry or a related role, showcasing attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
Familiarity with database systems and proficiency in documentation processes
Ability to conduct research and analyze data for actionable insights
Knowledge of compliance standards and practices within the industry
Experience in customer service and client relations
