Desktop Support Tech I - IT
IMCS Group is seeking a Desktop Support Tech I to provide IT support at the Broadmoor Campus. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading computer equipment, along with providing customer service in a desktop support capacity.

Ability to read technical documentation
Ability to write technical documentation
Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
Experience working in a customer service role
Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer equipment is preferred
Will be required to float to other KU Campuses
Orientation: Mon/Tues orientation at KU KC Campus- in person
Manager conducts in person interviews onsite at the Broadmoor Campus
Qualification
Required
1-2 years related experience
Ability to read technical documentation
Ability to write technical documentation
Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
Associate's Degree in Computer systems, a related field OR 1:1 equivalent experience
Experience working in a customer service role
Preferred
Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer equipment
IT Support in Healthcare
Experience with Windows 10 & 11
MD 100 and 101 or newer
CompTIA A+
