Growth Strategy Intern
Service Experts is seeking a motivated and analytical Growth Team Intern to support their Growth & Advantage organization. This role involves assisting with KPI tracking, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance revenue-impact initiatives and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities
Support KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and light data analysis
Conduct market, competitive, and partnership research to support strategic decisions
Assist with early pipeline reporting and insight development
Help drive program operations including documentation, meeting prep, and project tracking
Support Growth Strategy leaders on special projects within memberships, partnerships, cross‑sell, Advantage initiatives, and GTM planning
Prepare slides, summaries, and internal updates for leadership
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other pods to exchange data, validate insights, and operationalize initiatives
Maintain shared resources, process documentation, and reporting tools
Assist with meeting notes, follow‑ups, data cleanup, and administrative tasks
Support event logistics as needed (e.g., school job fairs, internal growth events)
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Economics, or a related field
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear communicator with curiosity and willingness to learn
Basic comfort with Excel/Sheets and data‑handling tasks
Preferred
Experience with dashboards or analytics tools (bonus)
Interest in growth strategy, sales operations, product strategy, or customer experience
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
