Responsibilities
Deploy and maintain AVD environments using ARM templates and automated provisioning
Develop advanced PowerShell scripts to streamline administrative tasks and environment updates
Use Nerdio Manager for auto-scaling, image versioning, and cost management
Manage persistent user profiles via FSLogix containers
Serve as Tier 3 escalation for VDI issues (ServiceNow) and ensure ITIL compliance
Qualification
Required
2+ years of specialized experience in AVD, Nerdio, and FSLogix
Deep proficiency in Windows 10/11, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), and virtual networking
Advanced PowerShell skills for enterprise-level automation
Strong background in ITIL principles and ServiceNow
5+ years in systems engineering
Preferred
Experience with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM Templates / Azure Provisioning)
