Responsibilities
Lead and execute moderate to complex programs, bringing new perspectives to existing plans and goals
Work independently to manage program issues, risks, and deliverables
Provide direction on overall program strategy, planning, and execution
Own and deliver all components of the program implementation plan
Communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management
Develop budget forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and implement corrective solutions
Create ad-hoc reports, summarize findings, and deliver actionable business insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of related program management experience
Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams
Experience working within a regulatory environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under demanding timelines
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
Understanding of business drivers and operational impacts
Preferred
Knowledge of energy industry applications at the local customer level
Experience with energy efficiency programs and customer-focused energy initiatives
