They are seeking a Program Architect to support ITG Brands in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, leading integrated solution architecture across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Design and govern end-to-end solution architectures across Salesforce, SAP, Azure, and enterprise integration platforms
Lead integrated architecture covering CRM, ERP, IBP, data platforms, and analytics
Define logical and physical architecture models across applications, data, integration, and reporting
Establish API, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns
Provide architecture governance through design reviews and approval forums
Document architectural decisions, assumptions, and trade-offs
Define non-functional requirements including security, scalability, performance, and resilience
Partner with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, vendors, and SMEs to align designs
Manage architectural risks, dependencies, and business change impacts
Provide implementation guidance to delivery teams across build, test, and deployment phases
Resolve cross-platform and cross-program design conflicts
Support phased delivery through transition architecture and interim state planning
Conduct impact assessments related to architecture decisions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Enterprise and Solution Architecture experience within large global organizations
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (TPM, PWA B2B portals), SAP S/4HANA, SAP CCM, IBP, SAC/P, and Blue Yonder
Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services and enterprise data platforms
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and event-based architectures
Proven experience coordinating architecture across multiple programs and vendors
Strong stakeholder communication and executive engagement skills
Preferred
Experience in global transformation or multi-vendor environments
Sales incentive planning solutions exposure
Experience aligning architecture with CIO-level strategic initiatives
Strong governance and architecture assurance experience
