Utilize and expand AI in features as well as internal practices

Develop, Test, and Deploy complex software solutions that solve real world challenges for our customers

Peer program, present, and mentor junior programmers

Recommend technology and process solutions to enhance team and product performance and functionality

Continue learning through conference attendance, courses, and cross-training

Qualification

Required

At least 1 year exploring and utilizing AI Dev tools like Cursor, Cline, etc

At least 5 years experience as a developer/software engineer

At least 5 years experience with an RDBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, Sybase or similar

CS/Math/Computer Engineering Degree OR a solid understanding of CS concepts including algorithms, design patterns, data structures, etc. obtained from work experience
