Sales Engineer
Ziflow is the leading creative collaboration platform helping agencies and brands streamline feedback and approval for creative assets. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to deliver technical presentations, resolve technical issues, and support customer adoption of their products.
Responsibilities
Partner with sales and other departments to deliver technical presentations that explain our products and integrations for prospective and current clients
Resolve technical issues, helping with new product feature launches, and implement custom solutions using automations, etc
Design, develop, deploy and handle customer-specific proof points to support revenue goals and new customer adoption
Assist with the functional and technical elements of pursuing new customers and supporting our existing customers as necessary
Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a customer facing role with technology. Ideally pre-sales, but may also be equivalent consulting, implementation, or sales enablement experience
Demonstrable success working with enterprise clients
Strong customer-facing skills including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences towards the desired outcome
Creative problem solver with an eagerness to learn new technologies and sufficient technical background to assist with lightweight custom solutions
Preferred
Additional relevant professional certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred
Hands-on experience with project management platforms (monday.com, Asana, ClickUp and/or Jira), web services, and APIs
