Responsibilities

Manage team staffing, career and performance management, fostering a culture of technical excellence

Define the technical roadmap for diagnostics software and tools, ensuring readiness for next-generation Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) accelerator platforms hardware architectures

Partner with external vendors and manufacturing partners to ensure hardware coverage excellence, optimise test efficiency and drive data-driven improvements in hardware repair processes

Drive continuous improvement in diagnostics operations to solve ambiguous system health, platforms deployment efficiency and platforms data center reliability issues

Drive exceptional observability initiatives to ensure organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and priority alignment
