Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 , including Administration and Control Room management
Proven experience enabling and supporting AI Skills within Automation Anywhere
Exposure to Agentic Process Automation (APA) concepts and AI-driven workflow implementations
Experience managing Bot Runners, queues, schedules, and devices in enterprise environments
Strong troubleshooting and support experience in production RPA environments
