Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory, Inventory, and Specialty Pharmacy functionality
Review, validate, and manage application settings and build changes adhering to best practices
Lead operational support activities including troubleshooting, user support, and training
Collaborate on system integrations and interface maintenance with pharmacy third-party systems
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, document results, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Willow Ambulatory-Certified
Willow Inventory-Certified
In-depth knowledge of Epic Willow module configuration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
