Responsibilities
Source candidates through industry-specific platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen candidates for technical qualifications, licensure (PE, RA, LEED, etc.), project experience, and cultural fit
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and report hiring metrics
Collaborate with account managers to define current and future hiring needs for AEC roles
Stay informed of AEC industry trends, certifications, and evolving talent demands
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of agency recruiting experience
Proficient with ATS and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple roles across various disciplines and geographic regions
Preferred
Familiarity with technical skillsets in the AEC space is preferred but not required
