Responsibilities
Guide our in-product language and content strategy to further empower video creation on YouTube
Shape creation and Gen AI features across teams and product areas, establishing a consistent narrative across all channels
Represent content strategy in strategic discussions and decision-making processes
Contribute to horizontal content design workstreams to shape AI standards and processes
Advocate the value of the content design discipline, establish strong relationships, and build alignment across multiple teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, or marketing and leading content strategy projects
Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Experience in video content creation or understanding the needs and workflows of video or content creators
Experience with prompt engineering and training Large Language Models (LLMs) to scale content design and empower non-writers
Ability to guide human-centered solutions for complex, ambiguous spaces using systems thinking and versatile voice/tone expertise
Ability to simplify complex AI capabilities and lead product naming in collaboration with cross-functional marketing partners
Ability to grow in fast-paced, evolving environments and prioritizing across multiple work streams to meet demands
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through clear, compelling, and collaborative storytelling
