Qualification
Required
15+ years of ITSM / Enterprise Platform experience with 8+ years on ServiceNow
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM (as applicable)
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
Strong hands-on experience with Performance Analytics / Platform Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Integrations (REST, MID Server, third-party systems)
Strong understanding of platform architecture
Strong understanding of security and access controls
Strong understanding of upgrade and release management
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (one or more modules)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
