Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications with a focus on Customer Decision Hub functionalities
Configure decision strategies, decision trees, and AI models to deliver personalized customer experiences
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate Pega CDH with other systems through APIs and data connectors
Optimize decisioning rules and algorithms for performance and accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and CDH workflows
Stay up-to-date with Pega platform enhancements and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Pega Developer, with hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub
Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, decision strategies, and decision analytics
Experience integrating Pega CDH with external systems and data sources
Good understanding of customer journey management and personalization techniques
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Pega Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules
Knowledge of AI and machine learning integration within Pega
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Pega certifications (e.g., Pega Certified System Architect, Pega Certified Marketing Consultant) is a plus
