Responsibilities

Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform
Coordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMs
Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc)
Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers
Proactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform
Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders
Set and maintain deadlines with clear communications
Bridge communication gaps between engineering and other non technical functions
API/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customers
Able to build applications on top of our webhook platform to level up Doppel use-cases
Own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations
Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health
Document and iterate on onboarding and integration best practices

Required

Strong coding ability (Python preferred)
Hands-on project management experience
Proficient technical background to understand APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management
Proven project management with multiple parties across time zones
Extremely customer facing with a resilient, troubleshooting mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to query data and build dashboards
