5+ years expInsight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior MECM Systems Technician to serve as a hands-on technical expert across their enterprise environment. In this role, you will design, build, and execute complex technical solutions while acting as a senior-level individual contributor and technical mentor to the team.

Responsibilities
Serve as an SME for MECM administration and endpoint engineering
Execute strategic initiatives and continuous service improvements
Collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and cross-functional leaders
Configure and optimize MECM infrastructure, including upgrades and migrations
Develop PowerShell scripts, deployment automations, and advanced packaging solutions
Support Microsoft Exchange administration
Build OS images for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android
Implement security controls, compliance standards, and enterprise patch management
Design and deploy enterprise software packages
Enhance Software Center experience and functionality
Conduct application testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Maintain packaging standards and documentation
Apply security baselines, manage compliance, and support DR/BC planning
Monitor system performance, KPIs, and operational health
Configure and support MDM platforms such as Intune, Kandji, SOTI, and Knox
Qualification
Required
MECM/SCCM enterprise administration
Windows Server & Active Directory
Enterprise device patching & vulnerability remediation
Cross‑platform OS imaging
Mobile Device Management (Intune, Kandji, SOTI, Apple Business Manager, Knox)
Microsoft Exchange management in hybrid environments
Advanced Windows application packaging & PowerShell automation
5+ years of hands-on IT operations or engineering experience
Strong mentoring and technical leadership abilities
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Proven success delivering complex technical solutions
Ability to travel domestically as needed & work extended hours when required
High integrity and commitment to excellence
Preferred
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with ITIL or IT service delivery frameworks
