Mid LevelCAWS Specialty Welding is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to support their specialty welding and field services projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate estimates and supporting projects from award through execution.

Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates for specialty welding, repair, fabrication, and field services
Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications to define scope and pricing
Perform labor, material, and equipment takeoffs
Support project planning, documentation, and execution
Assist with change orders and project closeout
Work closely with operations, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
Qualification
Required
Experience in estimating and/or project management of welding, fabrication, or industrial services or similar experience with an engineering company
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
Strong understanding of welding processes and field execution
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills
Experience with Primavera P6 of Microsoft Projects scheduling software
Preferred
Specialty welding or industrial field services experience
Familiarity with ASME, AWS, or similar industry standards
