Responsibilities

Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s), bringing together the business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery
Sharing and implementing best practices from different development methodologies (ex: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models) as needed by project
Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making
Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements
Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables
Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project
Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project
Desire to share with and develop a community of project managers and leaders
Proven account management or other relevant experience

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles
Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects
Experience in successfully facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving towards specific outcomes
Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience
Implement creative thinking and seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent communication skills, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient at managing and leading diverse teams made up of people with a variety of technical skills and backgrounds, in different locations (i.e., remote and/or on-site), and from different organizations (i.e., CapTechers, client employees, and/or other vendors)

Preferred

Relevant training and/or certifications through some of the following organizations: Project Management Institute (PMI), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile Alliance
