Responsibilities
Spearhead the integration of AI tools to enhance test case generation, defect prediction, and testing cycle acceleration
Architect and maintain robust automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software delivery
Evangelize emerging AI testing practices and modern automation techniques across the global QA organization
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to design high-impact quality procedures for award-winning products
Provide data-driven insights and quality metrics that influence critical business decisions and product launches
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or automated testing environments
Proven expertise in scripting and test automation using C# or Java within a DevOps CI/CD framework
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and technologies specifically applied to test automation and quality enhancement
Strong background in cloud and virtualization testing environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Preferred
Experience using AI for test data creation, defect analysis, or microservice testing
AI-related certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
Familiarity with performance and security testing tools or accounting principles
Experience working within a global, distributed team environment
