Responsibilities
Review procedural documentation and ensure accurate execution of protocols and standard operating procedures
Maintain controlled manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, control plans, and risk files
Lead complex technical manufacturing tasks involving multiple coordinated elements
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions where precedent may not exist
Apply new engineering methods and evaluate impacts across related systems
Collaborate with peers to validate technical approaches and verification activities
Support integration initiatives and ensure alignment with operational standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience working in manufacturing or production engineering environments
Strong Documentation Skills with high accuracy and consistency
High level of Attention to Detail and execution discipline
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Ability to quickly learn new systems and independently manage tasks
Preferred
Prior experience in regulated or highly controlled manufacturing environments
Experience supporting process improvement or system integration projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
