Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end architectural design of the ServiceNow platform across CSM, ITSM, and workflow automation
Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, data models, and platform governance
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and scalability standards
Guide development teams, perform technical reviews, and drive best‑practice platform implementation
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience as a ServiceNow Architect
Ability to work closely with clients and be deployed on-site for long-term engagements
Strong technical architecture skills in CSM and ITSM
Lead end-to-end architectural design of the ServiceNow platform across CSM, ITSM, and workflow automation
Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, data models, and platform governance
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and scalability standards
Guide development teams, perform technical reviews, and drive best-practice platform implementation
