Responsibilities
Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders. Ability to demonstrate metrics/dashboards to a larger audience
Support day-to-day IT and datacenter operations
Strong working knowledge in Python. Build Python/Streamlit dashboards for operational metrics and reporting
Assist with incident management, RCA, and post-incident analysis
Automate routine operational tasks and reports
Work closely with infrastructure, network, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT Operations / Infrastructure experience
Strong understanding of datacenter environments and monitoring
Hands-on Python experience (Streamlit preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week
Preferred
Monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, ELK)
ITIL-based operations experience
SQL or reporting experience
