Qualification
Required
Proven experience in design systems, with 3-5 years in a similar role
Strong interactive design skills, complemented by basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Ability to create compelling portfolios that demonstrate complex UI work and design processes
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and best practices in UX design
Design and develop user experience components, ensuring a seamless interaction for users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between design and development, advocating for specific design needs
