Responsibilities
Serve as the "Level 2/3" expert
Get hands-on with the physical layer
Maintain the health of our virtual environment
Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of company PBX and VoIP systems
Travel internationally (approx. 10%) to execute infrastructure projects
Execute critical system maintenance to ensure zero business disruption
Work with the Manager to track global hardware lifecycles
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on experience in an infrastructure or hardware support role
Practical experience with Hypervisors, Virtual Machines, and server hardware
A solid understanding of physical network troubleshooting and rack management
The role involves project-based travel to global sites
Comfortable working non-standard hours when necessary to match global time zones
Preferred
IT infrastructure: 3 years
Willingness to travel: 25%
