Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate and timely responses to technical and product-related questions
Assist customers with product selection and application support (training provided)
Prepare detailed sales quotes and process incoming orders
Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve order, pricing, or delivery issues in a professional manner
Make outbound calls to targeted customers to maintain and strengthen relationships
Review order confirmations and documentation for accuracy
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
Adhere to company safety standards, procedures, and core values
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, email, and order entry systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma
Preferred
Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, filtration, or water treatment
Additional education or technical training
