Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers to foster professional development and maintain a positive team culture
Monitor customer accounts and proof of concept projects to drive progress and ensure sales targets are met
Collaborate with sales teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives
Engage in customer meetings to provide technical expertise and enhance customer relationships
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their growth
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed team quota expectations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Achieve a comprehensive understanding of the company's technology stack and competitive landscape for informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including 3-5 years in a management role
Proven experience in a quota-carrying position as a systems engineer, architect, or solutions architect
Strong skills in sales, partnership, and strategic collaboration
Proficiency in cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and virtualization
Experience with data center infrastructure and business-critical applications
Effective customer engagement and account management abilities
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce.com, Excel, Word, Slack, and Zoom
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring skills, and the ability to foster team culture
