Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist

They are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health assessments and treatment plans for children, working collaboratively with families and pediatricians.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family
Provide care primarily to patients ages 12 and under (Zarminali treats ages 0-18)
Support emotional development and resilience through early identification and evidence-based interventions
Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with an integrated primary care team and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, whole-child care
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
Current and unrestricted license to practice independently as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT in Georgia
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health
Proven ability to assess and treat a range of pediatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
