Responsibilities
Designs and implements ICI GovCon platform, including data modeling, workflows, and user interface configuration
Builds the Icertis GovCon platform through system configuration of the templates, rules, and workflows in accordance with the requirements
Creates prototype demos, support to-be design, manages production pushes and manages configuration incidents
Manages integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) using APIs and configuring Single Sign-On (SSO)
Implements and enables implementation for out-of-the-box as well as custom integrations based on business requirements
Upskills, coaches and mentors junior Icertis Configuration Consultants
Creating technical design documents, conducting unit testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Owns the creation of the configuration workbook, with the support of the technical configuration consultants
Owns integration technical design/interface requirements document (IRD) and supports end to end integration, with the support of the technical configuration consultants
Supports cutover and deployment activities including defect resolution/configuration
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required
Hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, specifically configuring templates, clauses, rules, metadata, and workflows
3–5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementations, specifically managing the full lifecycle (Requirement, Design, Configuration, UAT, Deployment)
Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth for integrating Icertis with enterprise systems like Salesforce
Experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms
Coordinates with the data migration team on mapping fields from legacy systems to Icertis
Strong ability to document functional requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into technical specifications
Deep understanding of contract management processes, procurement, or legal workflows
Preferred
Active Icertis technical certification(s)
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., in DiscoverAI)
Knowledge of Azure Data Lake
Experience with DevOps and Agile/Scrum delivery models
