Responsibilities
Use phone, email, and remote access to provide positive outcomes to our customers using our GIS software products
Train existing users how to master the application
Roll out new application features as they are released to our growing subscriber base
Work closely with our development team to define new features and prioritize issues
Assist in the creation of new training content
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including written communication – no fear of the phone or video conferencing
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with subscribers and deliver positive outcomes
Demonstrate willingness to learn new software/skills
Two or more years of application end user support experience
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering or related STEM field
Proficient with Windows 10+ OS environment
Ability to make connections with all types of people and build rapport quickly over remote communications channels
Have an appetite for learning
Be an excellent listener
Adaptable and can think on your feet
Positive attitude
Interest in the construction industry

Benefits
After-hours work is compensated at a time and a half, for up to a maximum of 15 hours per week.
If nothing comes in during the week, the technician is still paid for the full after-hours time.
