Responsibilities
Champion Owens Corning’s “Safer Together” safety culture and ensure compliance with plant safety standards
Deliver safety training to new hires and team members
Maintain and update Lock Tag Try (LTT) programs, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and standard work procedures
Identify, communicate, and escalate safety concerns or equipment issues promptly
Participate in safety, quality, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives
Support environmental compliance and waste recycling procedures
Promote safe work practices and foster a proactive safety mindset across teams
Assist in employee development, learning initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Ability to train others on safety and environmental practices
Strong understanding of regulatory and corporate compliance standards
Excellent communication skills in English (read/write/speak)
Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
