Responsibilities

Determining whether requirements for driver's license renewals, duplicates, BCID and BC Services Cards have been met
Work with customers to understand their licensing needs as well as assist with processing Violation Tickets and Disputes

Qualification

Customer service experienceData entry skillsCash handling experienceActive listeningAttention to detail

Required

Outstanding face to face customer service experience
Experience handling cash in a fast paced, transactional environment
Exceptional data entry skills and ability to reconcile daily transactions
A participant must drive regularly (in moderate to heavy traffic)
Submit a driving abstract to your supervisor or manager. The following criteria must be met: Hold a Class Five license for a minimum of 2 years, Accumulated fewer than 7 penalty points within the previous 60 months
Qualify on the Passenger Vehicle Knowledge test
Participate in a Driving Evaluation, conducted by a DE Supervisor
