Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes
Convert existing PDF forms into Microsoft Forms (redesign, build, test)
Build and integrate Power Automate flows with Microsoft Forms
Implement approval routing, Outlook email, and SharePoint list integrations
Improve operational efficiency through automation
Architect and deploy a SharePoint Online intranet including a HUB site
Migrate content from Drupal (v10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online
Administer SharePoint M365 environment (sites, libraries, permissions)
Implement governance, security, and best practices
Troubleshoot end-user issues and support enterprise users
Provide documentation, training, and mentorship
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required

5+ years Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power BI)

Experience managing enterprise-level M365 SharePoint environments
HTML/CSS proficiency
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

Microsoft certifications (SharePoint Online / Power Platform)
