Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service
Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Assist members with financial inquiries
Balance cash drawers
Promote credit union services
Maintain accurate records of transactions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously
Basic knowledge of financial services, transaction processing, and cash handling
Attention to detail, accuracy in financial tasks, and ability to maintain organized records
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems
Problem-solving skills and ability to address and resolve member inquiries effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in banking or retail is an asset
Capability to work in a team-oriented environment and adhere to confidentiality standards
