Lead architecture and technical direction for production-grade ML products
Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team of engineers
Build scalable backend systems and ML/data pipelines in Python
Take ideas from ambiguous → structured → shipped
Partner closely with product and leadership to drive roadmap execution
