Information Technology Associate
California Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their Network Operations Unit as an IT Associate. This role is critical in supporting the availability, security, and performance of DMV’s information systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Provide client services and technical support
Perform mainframe maintenance and support (including TSO, ISPF, and Endeavor)
Monitor the availability and security of DMV information assets, systems, and infrastructure
Provide immediate incident resolution and/or escalate issues as necessary
Deliver Enterprise Service Desk support during non-business hours
Ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures
Qualification
Required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Firefox, and Google Chrome
Ability to adhere strictly to security policies and procedures
