Senior Program Manager
Tek One Solutions is seeking a relationship-driven Program Manager to own and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. This role focuses on ensuring high-value clients receive consistent attention, clear communication, and proactive support across service, invoicing, and project execution.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts across service, construction, and ongoing support
Build strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including end users and general contractors
Ensure customers receive consistent communication, follow-through, and proactive account management
Lead and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), account playbooks, and communication plans
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are clearly understood and consistently met
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including Service, Construction, Project Management, Sales, and Finance
Coordinate invoicing questions, service issues, and new construction needs on behalf of the customer
Help remove roadblocks, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution
Support Project Managers who currently touch these accounts by providing continuity and customer advocacy
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through improved engagement, additional services, or expanded scope
Partner with Sales and Operations to align on account strategy and growth initiatives
Track account performance, service trends, and key metrics with strong attention to detail
Contribute data-driven insights to improve customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Utilize standardized communication templates, account playbooks, and best practices
Ensure documentation, follow-ups, and commitments are clearly tracked and communicated
Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-first approach at all times
Qualification
Required
Service and construction experience (both are required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an account management, program management, project management, or client-facing operations role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; personable, professional, and credible with customers
Demonstrated ability to lead others through influence without direct authority
Sales- and operations-minded, with the ability to balance relationship-building and execution
High attention to detail with comfort working in data, reports, and performance metrics
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to customer sites
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening in accordance with applicable laws
Preferred
Experience managing large, complex, or multi-location customer accounts
Familiarity working with general contractors and service teams
Ability to speak confidently on behalf of the customer internally
Comfort operating without direct authority while influencing outcomes
Industry certifications such as RCDD, BPM, or BICSI (nice to have and will be prioritized, but not required)
